After her A-levels Charlotte graduated with an apprenticeship in hotel business at the renowned Hotel Adlon, Kempinski in Berlin. Given the opportunity, she moved to the InterContinental Hotel Berlin where she worked as a Guest Service Agent. Within the IHG Group, Charlotte was transferred to the InterContinental Hotel Atlanta, USA where she worked in the Rooms Division department.
