Katherine graduated from Shanghai Institute of Tourism with a major in Hotel Management. After graduation, she gained practical experience in all aspects of Front Office operations at the Renaissance Plaza hotel in Shanghai where she was responsible for VIP guest services and guest recognition. She holds the personal philosophy of providing service with genuine passion derived from the years in the service industry. Katherine’s last position was Senior Service Ambassador at the Gallery Suites hotel where she undertook both pre-opening and daily operation of the first art boutique hotel in Shanghai.
